Privacy policy

1. What we collect

Name, surname, email, city, role, professional profile content, jobs, offers, messages, reviews, invites, notification tokens and technical sign-in data.

2. Why we use it

To create the account, show public profiles, enable chat and notifications, prevent abuse and improve the marketplace. Albania’s personal-data protection law applies.

3. Who can see it

Name, city and the professional profile are public. Email and phone are not shown in public search. Only the people in a conversation can see its messages. We do not sell data to third parties for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

The account stays until you delete it. Old messages and notifications may be deleted after 30 days. Old open or cancelled jobs after 60 days. Analytics events after 90 days.

5. Your rights

You can view and change profile data, and request full deletion from Profile. You can complain to the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data.

6. Security

We use Supabase in the EU for authentication and the database, with access rules tied to the account. Do not send bank details in chat unless you trust the other person.
