Terms of use

1. What PunoSot is

PunoSot is a marketplace that connects clients with professionals. We are not a party to your contract, we do not take a commission on the work, and we do not process payments. The price and the payment stay between you.

2. The account

You must be at least 18. The details you give must be true. You are responsible for the password and for what happens on your account. One account can be used as a client, as a professional, or as both.

3. Content rules

Fraud, spam, harassment, illegal content and fake profiles are not allowed. We may hide, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. Reviews must be based on a real job.

4. Jobs and messages

Offers, chat and photos are communication tools. PunoSot does not guarantee the quality of the work, availability, or payment. Old messages may be deleted automatically after 30 days.

5. Deleting an account

You can delete the account from Profile. Deletion removes the profile, roles, messages, your jobs as a client, and the linked data. If you are the last admin, deletion is blocked.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version. If you keep using PunoSot after a change, you accept the new version.

7. Contact

PunoSot is operated in Albania. For questions about these terms, use the About page.
